Francesco Montanari held the position of Legislative and Communication Officer at the Directorate General for Health and Consumers of the European Commission. Since 2012, he has been working as an independent legal and regulatory counsel. In 2014, he began his collaboration with Lex Alimentaria, supporting Mr. Pisanello in lobbying and specific counselling at the European level.
