Lex Alimentaria is a Food Law Office providing tailor-made legal service and consultancy to Food Business Operators, Associations and Public Administrations operating in the food chain. We are a multi-talented team led by Daniele Pisanello, food lawyer, and we are ready to assist clients with Italian food regulatory compliance issues, labelling law issues, commercial issues and acting on your behalf in your legal and business transactions or disputes. Dynamic and client-oriented, Lex Alimentaria aims at providing cost-effective solutions designed to put our clients in the position to take their everyday business decisions with a proper knowledge of all legal implications.
Lex Alimentaria Studio Legale is also intended as a network so we cooperate with a wide range of highly specialized professionals in Italy and beyond. The Italian group includes a group of 6 professionals: Sergio Sentimenti, lawyer and barrister (Bologna bar); Andrea Canavesio barrister, correspondent for Turin based Firm's desk. Technicians, veterinarians and other professionals are commonly involved in consultancy, where appropriate.
